ArjunReddy9 Posted November 23, 2015 Report Share Posted November 23, 2015 Hi All, I am getting my H1B and my wife's H4 extended and we have received our receipt notices from USCIS for them. Now, can we apply for my wife's H4 EAD with them or do we have to wait till both of us get the actual approval notices? If we can apply, is there any additional documentation required than a regular H4 EAD? Please advise… Thanks Link to comment
