eadapquestion Posted November 17, 2015 Report Share Posted November 17, 2015 I and wife are on EAD/AP (no H1/H4) about to travel to India in less than 24 hours. Can't find wife's EAD. What can we do? I'm assuming there's no problem travelling TO India. But what about coming back? I'm assuming she will need it? Assuming it is lost, can we apply for a new one from India? How long will it take? Can it be done online? Somebody please please please help. We are desperate. Link to comment
