itsricha Posted November 6, 2015 Report Share Posted November 6, 2015 I got my H4 EAD this september. My husband's H1 has gone for extension and due to back log its taking time. I had gotten an EAD till mar'16 and I have also applied for EAD renewal. Will my husband's extension effect my EAD renewal? Can I continue working after mar'16 if I dont receive the renewed EAD. Or do I need to quit working? Even though the application for my EAD renewal is under process will I have quit my job or will I get some kind of extension to continue working? Link to comment
jairichi Posted November 6, 2015 Report Share Posted November 6, 2015 You need a valid EAD card to work beyond March 2016. Application under process does not allow you to continue employment. Link to comment
