Skewed19 Posted October 28, 2015 Report Share Posted October 28, 2015 Hi Folks, I have some questions about H4 EAD. My spouse is in India and we plan to apply for H4 EAD . Does spouse have to be in USA to get EAD ? One of the document required to apply for EAD is I-94 . Is it possible to visit here few times and go back to India to your job and still have EAD ? Can this EAD work as replacement for H1-B when it comes to jobs in USA ? is there any restriction on kind of jobs and profiles one can have with this EAD ? Is it possible to go in an interview in Indian company prior to coming to US and asking for a job which requires H1B ? Link to comment
