lakers646 Posted October 16, 2015 Report Share Posted October 16, 2015 Hi Everyone, I was offered with Fulltime position with Company B recently. I haven't yet filed for H1 transfer. I have I140 approved recently with the current employer and with the approved I140 I filed H4 EAD for my wife. so here is my question: 1. Will my wife H4EAD will be approved or rejected? Is it wise to move to full time position in the current situation?. Since it is a good offer I don't want to avoid. Please advise. Thanks, Link to comment
