shnkr
My spouse who is in H1 at present is planning to convert to H4 as my dependent based on my active H1 status. We plan to have this interview scheduled and the process completed in Toronto, Canada. This is the first time ever for the spouse to get visa processed in an non-India center. Are there any specific points that we need to be aware of, as 3rd country nationals, before we go ahead with the interview scheduling process in Toronto ? Link to comment

rahul412
Since visa is never guaranteed, its always better to go to home country so you won't get struck in third country if your visa is delayed for some reason. Link to comment
