H1 and H4 are in extension can i apply h4 ead?

Hi All,

 

I have applied H1 and H4 Extension in regular processing on July 23rd 2015.

After that my Labor got approved and i applied my I140 under premium processing and got approved on 24th Aug 2015.

I have upgraded my H1b application to Premium processing on 17th sept 2015.

 

So my question is can i apply H4 EAD while H1 and H4 are still under premium process?

Is there any chance that it will get approved all together(H1 ext, H4 Ext, H4 EAD)? or it doesn't matter?

 

i know we can apply all together but not sure if we can apply after we applied h1 and h4 Ext?
