Should I File I-485 via EB-2 or through Husband's EAD for Future Job Change

Hello,

My Labor and I-140 are approved in EB-2 category and my priority date is March 2011. I can file for I-485 based on October bulletin. I am still working for the same employer right now. However I am planning to switch careers in new field as soon as I can. 

 

My husband has EAD (Priority date 2010) and has also maintained H1B status. He is not planning to switch jobs or careers any time soon. Should I file I-485 based on my employer or based on my husband's EAD? If I file it based on my application, would i be able to switch jobs into a new field? What are the consequences?
