Pre-Masters Experience Counted for EB2 PERM ??

Hi,

I have a Quick Question for Filing under EB2.
 

My Profile:

 

4 Years (B.Tech - 2010) + 3 Years IT Experience (In India, 2010-2013) + MS (USA -2015).

 

My employer like to process my GC under EB2.

They Posted Add Saying "Requires Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Technology or related field and 3 years of experience in job offered or as a Computer Software Professional. Will also accept Bachelor’s degree in Comp Sci, Engineering (any) or related and 8 years of experience as a Computer Software Professional. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is also acceptable."

Please let me know if I am eligible under EB2.
