H4-EAD while H1-B & H4 Extensions are pending

H1-B Extension is pending with CIS for adjudication, Same with H4 Extension. We field in March and responded to RFE (on H1-B) on June 15th.

 

Came to USA in May 2007 on L1-B. My Wife worked between 12/2008 - 03/2010 based on L2-EAD.

 

Question:

1. Do we need to share details of L2-EAD while submitting the form for H4-EAD ?

2. Can we file H4-EAD application now while waiting for H1-B & H4 Extensions approvals ? If so, what additional documents I have to submit ?

3. Will H4-EAD application will cause any issues as we are not submitting approval copies of H1-B & H4 along with this application as they are still pending ? or will it cause any delays ?

 

I need your expert opinion to reduce any delays in getting H4-EAD. Thank you.

2. Yes. Current valid I797 and extension receipt notice.

3. H4 EAD application process will start only after I539 is adjudicated.
