H4-EAD - I-765 -Q13 - Place of Last Entry into the U.S. - Clarification

I have a question in form I-765 which asks for Place of Last Entry into the U.S. (Q. No. - 13).

Actually last year I visited India and came back to U.S. in Etihad airways and the Port of Entry was in ABU DHABI INTL airport but I entered U.S. via IAD Washington Dulles Airport, Virginia so, in the Place of Last Entry into the U.S. do I need to enter ABU DHABI INTL airport or Washington Dulles Airport?
