anirbang
Hi everyone, I am planning to go to H1b stamping for Calgary, I work for a federal client , I am very much confused/ afraid as this is my change of status from f1 to h1 and that too changed 2 employers while in opt. Please advise me is it worth the risk to go to Calgary as i cannot go to India in a limited time span( no vacation more than 2+ weeks is allowed by the client). I have all the paper work from my employer, pay stubs, W2's everything is clear and never in bench/without job since the day one of OPT. Thanks, Anirban Link to comment
jairichi
You can approach any US consulate that will entertain your visa application. It is always suggested to go to home country. Link to comment
balakumar514
You can go. Changing employers in OPT is not an issue. Take all your paperwork with you Link to comment
