Dipsar
hello members, I went through lot of conservations related to same topic but I am little confused so putting same question once again. 1. My h1 is approved in July but still my employer is not willing to give me any document. I have my USCIS case number with me and I am still outside US. So my question is , can any other employer file my h1b transfer? 2. Since I haven't used my h1 so far, I don't have any salary document. So what are other documents will be needed to file the same. jairichi
1. Yes. 2. Nothing you need other than your petition number or approval document. Link to comment
Dipsar
i just have USCUS case number which shows that my h1 is approved but I don't have petition number or approval document. So does that mean that there is no chance of transfer anymore? Link to comment
