sakethwins
Hello, My current H-1B visa is valid till October 2014 and my current employer applied for H-1B visa extension (petition is in-progress). Now I am expecting an offer from another employer who is willing to transfer my H1-B visa. To transfer H-1B to my new employee, is it okay if I produce my current 1-797 which is active and valid till October 2014 Or else do I need to produce I-797 of H-1B visa extension too if it’s approved ? Thanks in Advance, Saketh Link to comment
