binu.sale Posted July 18, 2014 Report Share Posted July 18, 2014 Can you please help with below scenario Currently on L1 with employer A COS status approved from L1 to H1 for Employer B Travel to Inida in Sept and come back on oct again on L1 If I again try for COS from L1 to H1 (though Employer A or Employer B or Employer C) Will I get cap-exempt ? Will I get to work on H1 without going for stamping ? Please help. Link to comment

If approved then you can start working right away and no need to go for stamping or wait for Oct 1st. Link to comment
