medallas2011@gmail.com
I have received RFE for my application. The job description in the original package has been poorly written and doesn't include all the expected responsibilities. Is it possible to change and add the duties in response to RFE. Please help. That's a task for the employer. You need to stay out of it. Does the employer have an immigration lawyer? If not, they should get one. Link to comment

medallas2011@gmail.com
Unfortunately the attorney has put everything back on the employer asking for details. My prospective employer had people change so they are clueless about this. That's how i happen to see one Job description which doesn't define anything .So just checking can the employer change the job description in response to RFE.This is the first h1b case for this employer Link to comment
