RFE for H4 extension

Hi

 

My i-747 was approved on 24th Oct 2013 and next on 30th Nov 2013 i have applied for my husband H4 visa extension.. Yesterday i have received a RFE document from USCIS and they are asking us to submit evidence to substantiate my claim that the delay was due to extraordinary circumstances beyond my control.

Yes, submit the evidence for delay. Or ask your spouse to exit and enter with a valid H4 visa and a copy of your new I797.
