srikanthkollu
Hi, I have applied for I-140 on September 16, 2013 and still waiting for approval. My H1 B expires on March 2013 which would complete my 6 years in USA. Can any one let me know whats the timeframe for getting the I-140 approval. Also will there be any problem if I change my I-140 application process to premium? Regards, Srinu Link to comment
freshoftheboat?
Depending on the USCIS center the I140 approval time may differ (4-6months). Visit this website to check out the processing time. https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do You or the employer can do premium processing anytime. Link to comment

pgangwar
MY employer has filed I-140/EB2 while I am working in India. I have completed 6 years on my H1-B in Nov 2012. I have just 12 days left in my I-94. Please suggest what are my chances to get I-140 approved and will I still get extension on my existing H1 or should I ask my company to file my fresh H1?
