nidhij
I came to the United States in 2005 on a visitor visa and converted my visa to F1 and then went to a community college for an Associates degress in Computer Science. I got hired in an IT company and didn't go back at all to my home country for H1-b stamping and this is my 6th year on my h1-b, but I plan to go next year after getting my 3 years extension. Would it be an issue since I never went back since I came in 2005? Is there a chance of H1-b to get rejected ? Thanks! Link to comment
