Ram Harish
I'm doing my Second Master's in US. My first Master's is from non-accredited university and so it is not accepted for applying H1-B in advanced degree category. I want to apply for H1-B next year. Since I don't get OPT again, I have to apply H1-B before completing my second Master's degree. Can I apply H1-B in advanced degree category showing my second Master's degree even before its completion.? Link to comment

You have to graduate before applying for a H1B petition in Master's quota Link to comment
t75
YOU CANNOT FILE FOR AN H-1B. An employer can file for you only in the regular quota until you graduate. Link to comment
