Computer Systems Engineers/Architects not Eligible for H1B extension

I have applied for H1B extension with my employeer , i have filled PRD  as Computer Systems Engineers/Architects  under Computer Systems Engineers/Architects, i hav erecevied query as below

 

US attorney after reviewing this case, the attorney has determined that the associate's proposed position is under the occupational classification of Computer Systems Engineers/Architects.  As such, the associate is not eligible in Skillman, New Jersey.

Could you please assist  to proceed further Thanks.

What is your undergraduate degree. A computer engineering degree is not a typical IT degree that can be handled with an MCA.  No real CompE would pursue an MCA as it is s step down from a true engineering degree.
