mnm0710
So right now I'm still on OPT. I'll start my H1 on Oct 1st. My office is moving to a different building, however it's in the same town, just basically a block away. Do we need to update anything with USCIS? I mean it won't affect prevailing wages or anything since it's the same city and town so? Link to comment

No new LCA is required since the move is in same MSA. a Copy of LCA need to be posted in the new location 10 days before OP starts working Link to comment

mnm0710
Thanks guys. Yea I called USCIS and one of their officers called me back saying I don't need to file an H1B amendment and then he checked and said no new LCA is required since job/company/city/town are not changing Link to comment
chakrakr
thats what even i say that new LCA required for sure you should have checked the punctuations in my statement. I did not put a comma (,) after No. It means -- a new LCA is NOT required when the move is in same MSA Link to comment
