MTR(motion to reopen) receipt notice

Hi All,

My h1b petition got denied and my employer filed MTR last week. I got a receipt notice today(I797C) with a new EAC number but it doesn't have my name mentioned anywhere in the notice like it did for my initial h1b receipt (benificiary name). People who have experience with MTR please reply and let me know if this is normal. Please confirm.
