First time travel to US with new employer's petition and old employer's visa.

Hi,

 

I have never traveled to US. I have a new petition from employer B and a visa stamping from Employer A. 

Employer B petition is valid till Oct-2014 and Employer A visa stamping is valid till Sep--2013.

I am to travel to US some time in Aug-2013.

 

My query is 

1. Is it legal to travel with petition from employer B and a visa stamping from Employer A ?

2. Should I go for a new stamping for employer B before I travel to US?

3. Will there be any problem at POE?

1) Its legal.

 

2) If possible, then go for new stamping.

 

3) There wont...but do show your new petition
