Destinyluck Posted June 14, 2013 Report Share Posted June 14, 2013 Hi Everyone, On 23 april i got the H1B stamped upto 16 sept '2016 then I got layoff on 10 may '2013 Luckily i got the job offer on 1 June and H1B transfer is done H1b got approved on 11 june. I am going to india on 1 week of july . My question is Do i need to do H1B visa stamping in india again with the new company OR can i come to US and show my New I-797 approval notice at immigartion counter as my old H1b stamped is valid til sept 2016 Help needed !!
