H1B Visa Extn(After 6 Years)

Hi,

    My H1 B visa expires on Sep 2013 (6 Years Completed) and My company has filled GC on Feb 2013. I am waiting to get Labour Approval. 

        My Question:

                  1.If I didn't get Labour approval before Sep 2013, can't I apply extn?

       Thanks. You mean I can apply H1 b Extn, irrespective of GC status.

Sorry, I meant if your labor doesn't get approved you cannot apply for extension
