Swaksh Posted June 11, 2013 Report Share Posted June 11, 2013 Hi, I got my H1 Approval with COS(Start date Oct 1st 2013).At present on H4 Extension, I have now decided to travel India in July till September 1st week,( Returning back to USA on H4 stamping) My Question is: Do i need to apply for SSN before my Travel or after Oct 1st? Which is the better one? Please Suggest Also if I apply SSN before my travel, does it mean iam on H1 soon after getting SSN? Iam Confused!!!!
