I completed my master's used the OPT and then went to **** for CPT as my desi employer did not apply for h1b visa and then after that got my h1b approved and moved to a full time job. I also have liquor ticket which I got it expunged.Got my visa approved at chennai consulate without much difficulty.Questions asked:Whom do u work for?What is your salary?what do u do for them?Did you do your master's?Which school?Where is it Located?Then finally *********** VISA APPROVED************* Link to comment
