IM129 Posted June 6, 2013 Report Share Posted June 6, 2013 Hello Frineds, The subject might sound odd or funny..but I have a friend who needs a copy of exisitng Approved I-797 to apply for transfer, the current employer is holding it and he is not willing to provide it for certain time. My question..is there any way to obtain one's I-797 copy, like from USICS or DOL?? Seniors your repsonse is higly appreciated, please help here..!! Thanks, IM129 Link to comment

Request for all your documents and you will get proof that your I-129 was approved. It will have your receipt number and should be sufficient for transfer Link to comment
