hemanthkat Posted June 6, 2013 Report Share Posted June 6, 2013 I was on my 7th year on H1B visa set to expire in 2015 due to an approved I-140. I converted from H1B to B1/B2 due to a layoff. Can I convert back to the H1B once I find another job without being counted against the cap or will I have to go through the cap again? Thanks in advance! Link to comment
