george4102
Hello, My employer sent me an email that my case is closed administratively. I've applied in premium processing. I got receipt on 8th of April 2013. There was no updates on my case. Now when I asked my employer to find out about my case. They replied that my case is closed administratively. Will USCIS close cases without even informing the employer? Why do they administratively close. Link to comment

USCIS told that it was an error in sending receipt notice(i got both mail and email receipt notices). my case is not selected under cap. But my employer said checks were cashed. Emp, has sent those proofs that checks were cashed to the uscis officer. those are forwarded to some other unit which deals with these kind of issues. I don't know what happens now. Will they process my h1b application?? Link to comment
