PR1008 Posted January 7, 2012 Report Share Posted January 7, 2012 Hello All, Here is my situation. I applied for H1 extension. My employer didn't add client letter while applying for extension. Now the contract what i am working is coming to end. I have a new job in hand. Here is my question. 1) What happens, if i change job now and receive RFE related to client letter in future. Can i submit new client letter even though i specified old client details while applying for H1 extension. I am not changing employer. Thanks for reply. Link to comment

Chitown01 Posted January 12, 2012 Report Share Posted January 12, 2012 New client requires new LCA, have your employer file for new LCA and if you receive an RFE for Client Letter your employer should explain the new LCA along with the new client letter. Even if you are not changing your employer, your client might be at a different location (state or city) job responsibilities might be different as well and so would be the project duration....
