My dependents (H4 - Spouse,Children) have their Visa until Oct 31,2024 and its expiring on that day. My Employer already initiated H4 extension, but it might take some time. If incase H4 extension is not approved or else didn't received the receipt from USCIS before Oct 31,2024 will there be any problem for my dependent's status in US?
