I recently got diagnosed with a heart condition that requires a surgery. I am currently going through all the medical tests and the surgery will happen in Nov or Dec'24. I would like to extend my parents' visa for 3-4 months. Can I give this medical reason in their I-539 extension form? Is there a chance of extension getting rejected if I submit all the valid proof from my physician? Quote Link to comment
