Venkatkumar Posted October 9 Report Share Posted October 9 Hi all, My in-laws came to the United States this year in February 2024 and they left in June 2024 (approximately for 5 months). Now we want them to come back to the United States again November 2024. They stayed in India for approximately 5 months. Is this ok, do they have to be in India for 6 months ? Will it be any problem at port of entry? Please advise? Any help is much appreciated. Quote Link to comment
