kssoni1984 Posted October 8 Report Share Posted October 8 I recently entered to USA with valid stamped visa which was through previous employer from chicage airport. I didn't know to present the current and latest i797 and officer gave me the stamped visa expiry date for i94. One of the immigration lawyer has sent and email to chicago i94 deferred correction to correct this with all the details but they refused to do it saying it is not CBP officer mistake. Just wanted to know how this will be corrected and what are the options? I currenly live in dallas tx. Quote Link to comment
