Raj Mehta Posted October 7 Report Share Posted October 7 Hi, I have GC - EAD-Adv Parole which is valid till 2029 and currently im on H1b visa , would like to convert to EAD-AP. I woul like to register for an LLC and work Corp - Corp. Could you please provide some guidance on how to proceed? My wife is the primary GC -EAD-AP holder and I'm dependent. I dont want to impact my wife's status, just wanted only my visa status to be changed from H1b to EAD-AP. Quote Link to comment
