However, I have a concern regarding my passport information. For all the H1B documentation and application, I used my previous passport number. I'm planning to travel to India in December for visa stamping, and since my old passport was set to expire in January 2025, I recently renewed it and now have a new passport with a different number. I intend to use the dropbox option for my visa stamping. Given this change in my passport details, I have the following questions: Do I need to request an update to the I-129 form with my new passport number? If so, what is the process for making this change? Are there any other documents or forms that need to be updated with the new passport information?
