VVK123 Posted August 29 Report Share Posted August 29 I have an incorrect previous experience start date in the approved PERM. For example, if I was employed by prior company ABC, my actual start date is 07/02/2015, but in PERM it was listed as 02/07/2015. I recently realized this after cross-checking with my experience letter. This is why I haven't submitted my I 140 yet. Could someone help tell me if this could affect my I140 approval? Do I need to reapply for PERM and go through all of the processes again, such as advertising, recruitment, and so on? Do I have any other choices for proceeding with the I140 submission?
