Daisy Mae Posted July 24 Report Share Posted July 24 Hi All, I have my approved I-140 with PD being approved by end of last year. It’s been 4 months since my I-140 is approved. Now that my current employer is under project crisis due to unforeseen reasons , I’m unable to file H1B in spite of having approved I-140. So this being said , after 180 days since my I-140 approval can I have another employer file for h1b / LCA for me to travel back to US ? Appreciate your advise here. Quote Link to comment
