manning Posted July 22 Report Share Posted July 22 Hi everyone I was arrested for shoplifting in 2019. The charges got downgraded to a township violation. Since then I have had 2 successful H1B renewals. My visa stamp was valid until 2022. I had no issues at the port of entry. I am visiting India for stamping in 2 months. I have the following records Court disposition Arrest record Do I need any more documents ? Also can someone share their experience. I went most posts on murthy forum. Yet to find a rejection case due to shoplifting. Any stamping experiences would be beneficial Thank you! Quote Link to comment
