Cvr007797 Posted July 18 Report Share Posted July 18 In DS-160 for this below question “Are you applying in the same country or location where the visa above was issued, and is this country or location your place of principal of residence?" I got my initial h1b stamped in canada, now I will get my h1b get stamped in India, and currently I’m now in for past 20 months, was waiting outside for perm/140 process. What should I answer? Is it Yes or No for the above question. (Note: it’s a single question, but it has two parts in the same question) please advise. Thank you. Quote Link to comment
