I didn't get arrested and all the cases was filed when I was in USA To Travel to India do I need to take Anticipatory bail to avoid arrest at the airport. Can I renew my passport in USA with a pending 498A and DV case? Passport is expiring in 1 month. Can a Judge approve my travel on Green card with a pending 498 A and DV case. Can a pending 498a and DV case affect US citizenship ? can you please let me know how I can over come all these issues ? My wife is in India and not comprimised to withdraw the cases.
