petitionrevoke Posted July 11 Report Share Posted July 11 Hello all, i got I-140 got approved recently. and we have H-1 and H-4 approved petition till Jan 2026. i have applied for H-4 EAD recently and it's under process. My wife is planning for India travel in end of this year. she needs to get the H-4 visa stamp. Can she travel while H-4 EAD is under process? Thank you so much!! Quote Link to comment
