ap77
When filing the N400 for citizenship, there is a question that asks Do you support your child. This is Yes/No question. Since my children stay with me and my wife. We said "Yes". Towards the end of the form, it asks for evidence of child support, like alimony, checks etc. This probably pertains to folks who are separated and have to provide child support. As they may have agreed to, during that separation process. Even if I say "No" to child support question in the beginning, the form asks me to provide the child support evidence. What is the correct way to 1. Answer the question 2. Provide support evidence to USCIS.What documentation is considered good? Edited July 7 by ap77 Reword and grammar Quote Link to comment
