So, can my son go for H4 stamping interview(since he is 14+ age) before his I-94 expiry by filling DS-160 as a dependent on me and attend the interview along with me for my H1B stamping interview? If my visa gets approved, will my son be given visa till end date matching with my H1B extension end? Quote Link to comment
