Vikcy Patel Posted June 27 Report Share Posted June 27 My employer filed my PERM which got denied by the USDOL on May 9th. Later attorney filed request for reconsideration on June 4th. So, I'd like to know few things. 1.) Does the request for reconsideration would go back to the same officer who originally denied the PERM?, 2.)
