My employer has also filed for a Greencard petition (EB2) on my behalf and I have already received I-765 Employment Authorization application (EAD) card through that process. I have the following questions: Can I get a second employment on the EAD card while continuing to work for my current employer on the H-1B that they have already sponsored? Are there any legal limitations around one keeping two jobs one on H-1B and another on EAD? Will I lose my H-1B if I chose to get a secondary employment on EAD?
