I140-seeker Posted June 18 Report Share Posted June 18 Hello, I got a message from my HR, that a US qualified applicant was identified during the Labor Market Test and we have to pause my current I-140 process and re-start the process including obtaining a prevailing wage determination. This will set me back one year. My full 6 year H1B time will be expired October 2025. Re-initiating the process will take around 2 years in the best case . My question is - - Are there any options to extend my 6 year period in H1B - Is there anyway to expedite the PWD process. - How will I make sure that next time my application goes through.
