Since my visa is tied to my husband's H1 visa, I am concerned about what will happen to my LLC if he loses his H1 visa, resulting in the loss of my H4 visa. Specifically, I would like to know what will happen to my LLC in this scenario. Can I continue to run my LLC from my home country, or will I need to close it? Quote Link to comment
